KITCHENER: Earlier today, Momentum Developments, in partnership with the Zehr Group, announced Charlie West, a new high-rise condo development in Downtown Kitchener. Located at the intersection of Charles St. and Gaukel St., the development is across the street from Victoria Park and a few short blocks from the Innovation District and the influx of development currently changing the face of the downtown core.
