Catalyst137 is a redevelopment of a former warehouse, slated to be transformed into 475,000 square feet of high-end office and manufacturing space. Located at 137 Glasgow Street in Kitchener, this development will join together a community of IoT (Internet of Things) developers and start-up businesses as the World’s Largest IoT Manufacturing Space. The facility will house Makerspace for start-ups and hobbyists, RF testing and certification services, and retail services, such as a coffee bar and restaurant, to fuel innovative thinking. To date, Miovision has announced that they will be leasing 130,000 square feet, kicking off the leasing opportunities for a range of business types and sizes.
