Located at 455 Dutton Drive, Star Performance Academy is a new Dance and Music Studio in Waterloo. This renovation project transformed approximately 11,000 square feet of open warehouse space into a 9,500 square foot facility, complete with four dance studios, three Glee and music rooms, and administrative offices. The remainder of the space has been converted into two commercial units for future tenant use.
