Knossos Housing Corporation

We are the General Contractor for the Knossos Housing Complex at 206 Duke Street East in Kitchener, a new affordable housing development being delivered for Knossos Housing Corporation of Waterloo Region.

The project includes the construction of an eight-storey residential building with approximately 100 rental units, designed to help address the growing need for affordable housing in the region.

As General Contractor, Zehr Group is responsible for coordinating the construction process, including site development, structural construction, and full trade coordination, while working closely with the project’s consultants and development team. The building will introduce much-needed housing options within Kitchener’s King East Corridor, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the downtown area.

Once complete, the development will provide modern, accessible rental housing designed to support individuals and families while strengthening the supply of attainable housing within Waterloo Region.
