Mammoet Canada Western Head Office

Zehr Group has partnered with Mammoet on multiple projects across Canada, delivering construction services as General Contractor for both new facilities and renovations that support Mammoet’s specialized heavy-lifting and transport operations.

A key project includes Mammoet Canada Western’s Head Office in Edmonton, Alberta, a large-scale facility on a 45-acre site featuring a 75,000 square foot development with a three-storey, 30,000 square foot concrete office building and a 54-foot-high maintenance shop equipped with multiple overhead cranes. The facility also incorporates sustainable features, including a geothermal system supporting in-floor and office heating.

In addition to this project, Zehr Group has completed several other Mammoet initiatives, including the Mammoet Canada Eastern Head Office (2015), Base Building Interior & Exterior Renovations (2019), Mammoet / Trouw Base Building Alterations (2020), and the Mammoet Etobicoke Office Renovation (2023). Across these projects, our team provided coordinated construction leadership while supporting the operational needs of Mammoet’s facilities.
