Otis on the Park

Otis in the Park is a boutique condominium development located at 51 David Street in Kitchener, directly overlooking Victoria Park. Developed by Vive Development, the project was constructed by Zehr Group as General Contractor.

The six-storey boutique building includes approximately 30 condominium suites, offering thoughtfully designed residences in one of downtown Kitchener’s most desirable and walkable neighbourhoods. The project was designed to complement the surrounding historic area while delivering modern residential living with high-quality finishes and views overlooking Victoria Park.

As General Contractor, Zehr Group coordinated all aspects of construction, including pre-construction planning, trade procurement, scheduling, and site management. The result is a refined residential development that contributes to the continued evolution of downtown Kitchener while providing residents with a distinctive park-side living experience.
