Miovision

Miovision is an interior fit-out of a 68,000 square foot space located at Catalyst 137 in Kitchener. [Catalyst 137](https://www.zehrgroup.ca/projects/catalyst137) is being transformed into high-end office and manufacturing space, and Miovision is no exception. This space will be home to a fast-growing tech company with a unique office environment. Miovision’s space will have an open-office environment with collaborative work space and a variety of meeting rooms. The space will have amenities such as a yoga room, bicycle storage, and ‘The Hub’, a kitchen and cafeteria large enough to house town hall meetings. The 24 foot ceiling height will give the space an industrial feel, while the DIRTT modular walls will allow for future expansion and flexibility in the space.
