Zehr Group has been selected by the University of Waterloo to deliver a range of campus projects through our Specialty Contracts Division. These projects have included interior renovations, technical upgrades, and infrastructure improvements across multiple academic and student facilities.

Our team has supported initiatives such as boiler replacements and plant upgrades, lecture hall renovations, student lounge and collaborative space enhancements, and specialized interior alterations within academic buildings and research spaces. Many of these projects required careful planning and phased construction to ensure minimal disruption within active campus environments.

Through this ongoing work, Zehr Group continues to support the University in maintaining and modernizing its facilities, helping accommodate evolving teaching, research, and student life needs while delivering reliable construction services within complex institutional settings.
