Stonechurch Apartments

Victoria Park Community Homes is one of Ontario's largest and longest-standing private non-profit housing organizations, with a portfolio of more than 3,122 apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes across Southern Ontario. Since 1974, their mission has remained the same: providing stable, affordable housing for communities throughout the region.

Zehr Group was selected as Construction Manager for Victoria Park's newest development, a 107-unit, eight-storey residential complex on Hamilton Mountain at the corner of Stone Church East and Redmond. The project will replace eight existing townhomes with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments designed for small families and seniors, built to Passive House US (PHIUS) standards and targeting net-zero carbon through Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) systems. Construction began in March 2026.
