Zehr Group has a longstanding relationship with Wilfrid Laurier University, having been selected as contractor on a number of specialized renovation and improvement projects across campus. Through this work, our team has supported the university in maintaining and enhancing facilities that serve students, faculty, and staff.
Projects have included laboratory renovations, student life and common space upgrades, washroom modernizations, and building improvements, including work at 12 Lodge Street. Many of these projects were completed within active academic environments, requiring careful coordination, phased construction, and attention to minimizing disruption to campus operations.
Through these initiatives, Zehr Group has helped Laurier modernize key campus spaces while ensuring functional, high-quality environments that support the university’s evolving academic and student needs.
